  • Elevation Riders Refund Policy

  • At Elevation Riders, we strive to create exceptional and memorable motorcycle trips. We understand that plans can change, and we have established this Refund Policy to address cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds. By booking a trip with Elevation Riders, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

  • 1. Booking Deposits
    A non-refundable deposit of $1500 is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your spot and covers initial trip planning costs. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as specified under Section 5 ("Cancellation by Elevation Riders").

  • 2. Balance Payments
    The remaining balance for your trip must be paid in full at least 30 days before the trip start date. Failure to make this payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking, with forfeiture of the deposit and any payments made.

  • 3. Participant-Initiated Cancellations
    If you need to cancel your trip, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following refund conditions apply to participant-initiated cancellations:

  • More than 30 Days Before Trip Start Date: Cancellations made more than 30 days before the trip start date are eligible for a full refund of the balance paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  • 30 Days or Less Before Trip Start Date: Cancellations made 30 days or less before the trip start date may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the total trip cost. We will assess the cancellation fee based on factors such as third-party costs and the ability to rebook the slot.

  • 4. Rescheduling Requests
    If you are unable to attend your booked trip but would like to reschedule, please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to the following conditions:

  • More than 30 Days Before Trip Start Date: You may reschedule your trip once without penalty, subject to availability. Any difference in trip costs must be paid prior to the new trip start date.

  • 30 Days or Less Before Trip Start Date: Rescheduling requests made 30 days or less before the trip start date may incur additional fees, depending on third-party arrangements and availability.

  • Please note that rescheduling may only be possible within the same season or the following season and is subject to trip availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be denied based on trip logistics.

  • 5. Cancellation by Elevation Riders
    Elevation Riders reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, natural disasters, government restrictions, or lack of minimum participant numbers. In the event that we must cancel your trip:

  • We will provide affected participants with a full refund, including the deposit, or offer the option to reschedule to a different date or trip.

  • Elevation Riders is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants, such as flights, visa fees, or travel insurance.

  • 6. Refund Processing
    Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If you have any questions regarding the status of your refund, please contact us at [Your Contact Email].

  • 7. Force Majeure
    Elevation Riders is not liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government-imposed restrictions. In the event of a force majeure, we will work with participants to reschedule the trip or provide credit for a future trip. Refunds may not be possible in these cases.

  • 8. No-Show Policy
    If a participant fails to show up for the trip without prior notification, no refund will be issued. Additionally, unused portions of the trip itinerary (e.g., meals, activities) are non-refundable if participants choose not to participate.

  • 9. Travel Insurance
    Elevation Riders strongly encourages participants to purchase travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage. This can protect you from unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, accidents, or travel disruptions, and help you recover non-refundable expenses.
